Use one of these options to restart the sensor on your Microsoft Windows system:
Go to install_dir/cli
, where install_dir is the sensor installation directory
Run the restart.bat
command.
Open the Windows Services manager (services.msc).
As an example, in Windows 10, right-click on the start icon (Windows logo) and select run. In the Run window, in the Open box, type services.msc and click OK.
In the Services window, locate and right-click on DigiCert Sensor. Select Restart.
Open the start menu and locate the DigiCert app.
In the app’s menu, right-click on Restart Sensor and select Run as Administrator.
Open the Start menu and click All Programs > DigiCert > DigiCert Sensor.
In the sensor menu, right-click on Restart Sensor and select Run as Administrator.
Verify the restart fixed the technical problems with the sensor.
