Suspending a sensor temporarily stops the sensor from running scans and causes scheduled scan jobs and automation associated with the sensor to fail. A suspended sensor can be reactivated to full functionality. Past scan results from a suspended sensor remain available in CertCentral.
In CertCentral, in the sidebar menu, click Discovery > Manage Discovery.
On the Manage scans page, in the Add sensor dropdown, click Manage sensors.
On the Manage sensors page, find the sensor. Slick Suspend under the Actions column.
In the Suspend sensor window, select the reason from the dropdown to suspend the sensor. Click Suspend sensor.
To continue scanning TLS/SSL certificates installed on your server, reinstate the sensor. The option to Reinstate the sensor appears under the Actions column corresponding to the suspended sensor.
