Manage pending orders
Use the topics in this section to review and resolve certificate requests that are awaiting validation, CSR upload, domain or organization confirmation, or administrator approval.
A certificate order remains pending until all of the following conditions are met:
Domain control validation is complete for all domains on the order
Organization validation is complete for OV and EV certificates
Verified contact approval is complete for EV TLS/SSL, code signing, and mark certificates
Administrator approval is complete where required by account settings
