Delete and restore a division

If you no longer need the division, you can delete it. If you deleted a division by mistake, you can restore it.

Anmerkung

  • After you delete a division, users assigned to the division can no longer see the division or items assigned to the division. You may want to remove users from the division before deleting it. See Remove users from an assigned division.

  • If needed, you can restore a deleted division. After you restore the division, users assigned to it can once again see the division and items assigned to it.

  1. Sign in to DigiCert® ONE  as a Solution Administrator.

  2. In the DigiCert ONE, in the Manager menu (grid at top right), select Device Trust.

  3. In the Device Trust Manager menu, select Divisions.

    The divisions are listed in a table format.

  4. Select the division you want to delete or restore, depending on its Division status.

    Anmerkung

    You can only delete a disabled division. For information on how to disable a division, see Disable and enable a division.

  5. Under More actions, select Delete to delete a division or Restore to restore a deleted division.
