Use Account Manager to add and manage users in your DigiCert ONE account. Users have permission-based access, allowing you to control what users can see and do inside DigiCert ONE.
Core concepts
To manage users effectively, it is key to understand user types and user roles:
User types
Defines the scope of the user's access. Some users are restricted to specific accounts they are referred to as account-scope (AS) users, whereas other users can access the entire platform and all accounts, they are referred to as system-scope (SS) users. Learn more about user types.
