Update an organization contact

If needed, update an organization contact's name, address, email, type, title, or phone number.

  1. Sign in to DigiCert ONE.

  2. Navigate to the Manager menu icon (top-right), select Account.

  3. In the left navigation menu, select Organizations.

  4. On the Organizations page, in the Name column, select the contact's organization.

  5. On the Organization details page, under Contacts, in the First name column, select the contact's name.

  6. On the Edit contact page, update the contact's information as needed.

  7. Select Update.
