Configure notifications
Notifications alert your team to important events in DigiCert® Posture Management. Configure each event category independently by channel and destination.
Select Settings > Notifications from the left navigation menu.
DigiCert® Posture Management sends notifications for 3 event categories:
Account and service updates: Important account, administrative, and service communications. Email only.
Security findings: Critical posture findings requiring investigation or remediation.
Coverage and monitoring issues: Issues that may make posture data incomplete or unreliable.
Select the toggle to enable or disable notifications for the category.
Select Email or Slack as the delivery channel.
If you select Email, enter the destination email address in the Email field.
If you select Slack, enter your Slack webhook URL in the Slack webhook URL field.
(Optional) If you selected Slack, select Send test to send a test notification. Save your changes before sending a test.
Select Save to apply your changes.
