Configure tenant policies

The Tenant policies section displays the system-defined policies and lets you control which ones are active across your account. The policies table includes the following columns:

Use the Enabled column toggle to enable or disable a policy for the account.

Column

Description

Policy

The policy name. Select to open the policy details.

Principle

The security principle the policy belongs to (for example, Availability & Redundancy, or Security Configuration).

Framework

The compliance frameworks the policy maps to (for example, NIST SP 800-53). A +2 indicator means the policy maps to more frameworks than the one shown.

DNS Integration

Whether the policy requires a DNS provider integration. A policy can be enabled even if the integration isn't configured, but the findings won't return all the additional policy details.

  • A blue locked icon indicates an integration is required to complete the full scan; hovering over the icon displays which integration is required.

  • A grey open icon indicates the policy runs as an external scan.

Enabled

Whether the policy is currently active for the account.
