IoT Trust Manager licenses

IoT Trust Manager operates on a subscription licensing model, offering a range of licenses corresponding to different activities within your account. Understanding these licenses and their limits is essential for managing your accounts effectively.

License	Description	Consumption
End entity certificates	The number of certificates that IoT Trust Manager can issue to end entities.	DigiCert-hosted customers have a `soft limit` and can exceed the allotted number of licenses, however this incurs overages.
End entity certificates		On-premises customers have a `hard limit` and aren't able to exceed the allotted number of licenses.
End entity devices	The number of device certificates that you can issue from IoT Trust Manager to actual devices.	DigiCert-hosted customers have a `soft limit` and can exceed the allotted number of licenses, however this incurs overages.
End entity devices		On-premises customers have a `hard limit` and aren’t able to exceed the allotted number of licenses.
Intermediate CA certificates	The number of intermediate certificate authorities (ICAs) that can be set up in IoT Trust Manager as another layer between the root and end entity certificates.	DigiCert-hosted customers have a `soft limit` and can exceed the allotted number of licenses, however this incurs overages.
Intermediate CA certificates		On-premises customers have a `hard limit` and aren’t able to exceed the allotted number of licenses.
Intermediate CA devices	The number of ICAs for devices that can be set up in IoT Trust Manager as another layer between the root and end entity devices.	DigiCert-hosted customers have a `soft limit` and can exceed the allotted number of licenses, however this incurs overages.
Intermediate CA devices		On-premises customers have a `hard limit` and aren’t able to exceed the allotted number of licenses.
