Locate error message in logs

To identify the error message for a failed event in DigiCert​​®​​ Software Trust Manager logs:

  1. Sign in to DigiCert ONE.

  2. Select the Manager menu (top right) > Software Trust.

  3. Navigate to: Logs > Audit logs or Signature logs.

  4. Select the date of the failed event.

  5. On the log details page, locate the Error message field.
