Check for issuing CAs

Before you begin, make sure you have access to an issuing CA on your account.

If you already have access to an issuing CA on your account, skip this step.

To see whether there is already an issuing CA in DigiCert​​®​​ Trust Lifecycle Manager:

  1. In the Trust Lifecycle Manager menu, go to Policies > Base templates.

  2. Select the base template for the type of certificate you want the profile to issue.

  3. If you get a "There are no CAs available in selected account" message under the issuing CA field, contact your CA Manager admin or DigiCert account representative for help creating and managing root and intermediate CAs in DigiCert® ONE.

Once you have an issuing CA, assign seats to business unit.
