View account details

Tip

Account administrators can update account details. If your account information is incorrect, contact your account administrator or DigiCert Support to make the corrections.

To view your account details:

  1. Sign in to your DigiCert account.

  2. In the left navigation menu, select Accounts.

  3. Select Add account.

  4. The following fields are displayed:

    Field

    Description

    Account name

    The organization's name or another account identifier.

    Account ID

    A unique identifier for your account. This is especially useful when you have multiple accounts with the same name.

    Expires on

    The expiry date of your account. This is an optional field.

    Language

    The default language for the account.

  5. The Services section lists one or more DigiCert services enabled on your account.
