Update CertCentral user roles and account access
CertCentral administrators can update user access and roles. These changes must be made in CertCentral.
Follow these instructions to update roles for CertCentral users:
Sign in to your DigiCert account.
On the My services page, select CertCentral.
In CertCentral, follow the Update a user's CertCentral access instructions.
