Identify your user account type

Use the steps below to find out what type of user account you have:

  1. In the top-right corner, select your profile icon, and then choose Admin Profile.

  2. Scroll down to the Roles section.

  3. Under CT (Document Trust), review the roles assigned to your account:

    1. If you see the CTM Document Signer role, your account type is Signer.

    2. If you have both CTM Client Admin and Validation Specialist roles, your account type is Admin.
