Remove a user from a division
After you remove users from a division, what they can access depends on the number of divisions they are assigned to.
Multiple divisions
If you assign users to multiple divisions, they can no longer access the division you removed them from.
One division
If you assign users to only one division, they can still access that division after you remove them from it. But now, they can access all other divisions in the account.
To remove a user from a division:
In DigiCert ONE®, in the Manager menu (top right), select DigiCert® IoT Trust Manager.
In the DigiCert® IoT Trust Manager menu, select Divisions.
On the Divisions page, in the Name column, select the name of the division.
On the Division details page, in the Assign users to the division section, locate the user and select ellipses > Remove user.

You've removed the user from the division. However, what they can access now depends on the number of divisions they are assigned to.
