Plugin statuses

The status indicates the current state of a plugin. You can view the status of a plugin in DigiCert​​®​​ Trust Lifecycle Manager in the following ways:

  • Go to the Integrations > Plugins page, find the plugin in the table, and check the Status column for it. If the Status column doesn’t appear, select the settings icon on the top-right of the table to add it.

  • Select the information icon  in the rightmost column of the table to display the plugin details. The plugin status is shown in the top section of the page.

Status

Description

Active

The plugin has been successfully uploaded and verified, and can be used by creating a connector from the Integrations > Connectors > Add connector page.

Inactive

The plugin is marked Inactive and can be deleted from the Integrations > Plugins page. The plugin isn’t available to be connected from the Integrations > Connectors > Add connector page.

Replaced

This version of the plugin has been replaced by a newer version.

Pending verification

The plugin has been uploaded and is awaiting the verification process in Trust Lifecycle Manager.

Deactivated

The existing plugin is deactivated after the new plugin is uploaded, verified, and is active.

Verifying

The plugin is being scanned for any malicious content as part of the verification process. If the verification process succeeds, the plugin gets marked as Active and any previous version is marked as Replaced/Deactivated.

Verification failed

The plugin failed the verification process. Trust Lifecycle Manager determined that the plugin might contain malicious content. Review the content of the plugin, remove any malicious content, and then try adding it again.

Failed

The plugin failed the verification process and can’t be added again.
