Diagnostic report

Use this feature to view and save diagnostic reports. If you run into any issues while using DigiCert Trust Assistant, supplying the file obtained from here will help to diagnose the issue.

To save the report:

  1. Select Download report, and a dialog opens.

  2. Enter a password to secure the report (minimum 8 characters).

  3. Select Download report.

  4. Choose a filename and folder on your computer, and select Save to save the file.

The ZIP file contains all the information shown in the GUI, application logs, and configuration details. Share this file with the password to your administrator so the issue can be diagnosed.

Warning

To open this ZIP file on Windows, you will need an application that supports AES256 encryption, as native File Explorer does not support this encryption method. A specialized archiving application is required.

You can share the file with your DigiCert account manager if there are any issues.
