Configure Postman for API key authentications

Set up API key authentication in Postman to securely test and run REST API requests to DigiCert® Trust Lifecycle Manager.

To configure Postman for API key authentications:

Open Postman.
Under Collections, select + to create a new collection.
Enter a name for the collection that identifies your project.
Note
You can also choose to create folders to group related types of requests (such as Certificates or Seats) within the collection, by right-clicking on the new collection and selecting Add Folder.
Select the collection.
Under the Authorization tab, select the API key from the Type dropdown list.
In Key field, enter x-api-key.
In Value field, enter the API key for the service user you created earlier.
Select Save.

When Postman is configured for API key authentications, request a test enrollment via Postman.
