Modify or remove access

Remove or restrict user access when it is no longer required or needs to change. The available actions depend on how your organisation manages user accounts.

  • Delete a user: Permanently removes a CertCentral-managed user and revokes their access.

  • Remove CertCentral access through DigiCert account: Removes access for DigiCert account–managed users without deleting their profile.

  • Unlock a user account: Restores access to a locked account.
