Connector statuses

The status indicates the current state of a connector. You can view the status of a connector in DigiCert​​®​​ Trust Lifecycle Manager in the following ways:

  • Go to the Integrations > Connectors page, find the connector in the table, and check the Status column for it. If the Status column does not appear, select the settings icon on the top-right of the table to add it.

  • Select a connector from the Integrations > Connectors table to view the details for it. The connector status is shown in the top section of the details page.

Status

Description

Initial

Waiting for credentials verification to complete the connection to the external account, appliance, or service.

Active

Credentials verified. The connector is available for use.

Action needed

Connector stopped working and requires attention. Often caused by invalid credentials or an outage on the managing sensor.

Testing connection

Verifying the connection to the external account, appliance, or service.

Refreshing configuration

Updating the configuration of a connected network appliance or cloud service.

Running

Currently importing data from the external system or service via the connector.

Critical

Indicates a DNS integration that failed to validate domains during a certificate lifecycle automation event. Address any issues with the DNS connector to ensure domains can be validated for future certificate automation requests. The status reverts to "Active" following a successful domain validation check.
