Sign-in methods
Account Manager is where you configure the authentication sign-in settings for DigiCert ONE.
DigiCert ONE supports the following authentication methods:
Password only
Select this option to sign in with a username and password. This is the default authentication method. See DigiCert ONE username and password authentication.
Client authentication certificate
Select this option to sign in with a personal certificate.
Single sign-on (SSO)
Select one of the following options to sign in through your company's SSO portal:
For SAML SSO, see Single sign-on with SAML authentication.
For OIDC SSO, see Single sign-on with OpenID connect (OIDC).
Two-factor authentication
Enable this sign-in method to make your account more secure and provide a one-time password (OTP) in addition to the primary sign-in methods listed above. Learn more about Two-factor authentication.

Two-factor Authentication and SSO
When Two-factor authentication is enabled in Account Manager:
SSO using OIDC
DigiCert will skip the OTP prompt if you have already provided an OTP to your Identity Provider (IDP).
SSO using SAML
You will be prompted to enter an OTP when signing in even if you have already provided an OTP to your IDP.
