When your DigiCert account representative set up your DigiCert ONE platform, they added a primary account and an organization for that account. DigiCert ONE only requires one organization per account. However, you can add organizations to an account as needed.

To view and manage the organizations for the accounts in your DigiCert ONE platform, in Account Manager, go to the Organizations page (left main menu, go to Organizations. If you have multiple accounts in DigiCert ONE, you only see the organizations for the accounts you have permission to view.
