Approve trust anchor certificate
When you approve the root certificate, an account user is allowed to upload the ICA certificate and establish the chain of trust.
In the Software Trust menu, go to Account > Trust anchor certificates.
Hover over the desired trust anchor certificate, and then select the approve icon.
