Issue test certificate from DigiCert Trust Lifecycle using DigiCert Trust Assistant

After the profile is created on DigiCert® Trust Lifecycle Manager and DigiCert® Trust Assistant is installed on the end-user workstation, the next step is to enroll for a test certificate to ensure that the integration is successful.
