Profile statuses

The status indicates the current state of a certificate profile. You can view the status of a profile in DigiCert​​®​​ Trust Lifecycle Manager in the following ways:

  • Go to the Policies > Certificate profiles page, find the profile in the table, and check the Status column for it. If the Status column does not appear, select the Add Column button on the top-right of the table to add it.

  • Select a profile from the Policies > Certificate profiles table to view the details for it. The profile status is shown in the top section of the details page.

Status

Description

Action needed

The profile stopped working and requires attention. Check the banner at the top of the profile details page for troubleshooting information.

Active

The profile is available to issue certificates from.

Suspended

The profile is currently suspended. To issue certificates from the profile again, an admin must run the Activate action on it. For details, see Manage certificate profiles.
