Create a certificate profile for an EJBCA CA connector

Create an IoT Trust Manager certificate profile to specify the EJBCA certificate profiles you want to use from your EJBCA server.

Before you begin

  • Make sure you have at least one CertCentral CA connector.

  • Make sure you know:

    • The EJBCA end entity profile you want to use.

    • The EJBCA certificate profile and credentials you want to use.

    Importante

    For EJBCA version 7.9 and earlier, make sure you have the exact names of the EJBCA profiles you want to use.

  1. In DigiCert ONE, in the Manager menu (top right), select IoT Trust.

  2. In the IoT Trust Manager menu, select Certificates > Certificate profiles.

  3. Select Create certificate profile.

  4. Enter a name for the new certificate profile.

  5. For CA source, select EJBCA API.

  6. Select the CA connector you want to use to connect to CertCentral.

  7. Specify the EJBCA certificate profiles you want to use.

    • For EJBCA versions 7.10 and later, select the end entity and certificate profiles you want to use, then enter the certificate profile credentials.

    • For EJBCA version 7.9 and earlier, enter the exact names of the end entity and certificate profiles you want to use, then enter the certificate profile credentials.

  8. Specify divisions or allow all divisions in your IoT Trust Manager account to use this certificate profile.

  9. Review and update the certificate parameters for the selected profile as needed.

  10. Select Create.
