Enroll certificates via EST

To enroll a certificate from an EST-enabled profile in DigiCert® Trust Lifecycle Manager:

Create the CSR for the certificate.
Send the CSR to the EST Enrollment URL (simpleenroll operation) for the certificate profile.
Authenticate using either an enrollment code or authentication certificate, depending on the authentication method configured in the profile.
