By default, the vulnerability assessment service sends email notifications within minutes after a scan is completed. The email notifications are sent to all contacts on the order.
You can configure when these notifications are sent. You can also disable the vulnerability assessment service email notifications.
In your CertCentral account, in the left main menu, go to Certificates > Orders.
On the Orders page, click the Secure Site Pro / Secure Site certificate's order number link.
On the certificate's Order details page, in the Vulnerability assessment dropdown, click Manage email notifications
In the Manage email notifications window, select one of these options:
When you are done, click Save
The next time the vulnerability assessment completes a scan, it will use your updated settings to send, or not send, an email notification.
