This migration guide is for Managed PKI for SSL (MSSL) and Complete Website Security (CWS) customers with Venafi integration.
Verify that your Venafi software is version 18.4 or later.
Review your Venafi documentation for Managing Certificate Authority Templates.
Upgrade to CertCentral per instructions from your account manager and our Upgrade to CertCentral resources.
After upgrading, check that your organizations and domains are validated or pending validation in your CertCentral account. Organizations and domains can take up to 48 hours to process.
Sign in to the Venafi Trust Protection Platform Web Administration Console. Create a new Certificate Authority object.
When you finish the steps above, contact your DigiCert account manager to help finish configuration. To expedite your request, have your account number on hand. To find your account number, sign into CertCentral and click your company name in the upper right side of the console.
After your account manager configures your products and entitlements, your manager will notify you that your CertCentral account is ready. Account configuration can take up to 5 days.
