Restart a canceled service

If you cancel a service in your subscription but later decide to keep it through the next renewal period, restart the service. You can restart a service any time before the end date.

To restart your service or have other questions about your subscription, contact your account manager or DigiCert Support.

  1. In your CertCentral account, in the upper right navigation, select the Support link.

  2. On the Support page, use the support resources under Sales support or Account support.
