Alert policies
Alert Policies in DigiCert® Device Trust Manager provides automated email and webhook notifications triggered by certificate management thresholds and activity patterns. You can configure alerts based on certificate issuance volume, expiration timelines, and anomalous issuance rates. Also, customize notification frequency, scope, and recipients to support proactive certificate lifecycle management.
Threshold-based notifications:
Alerts when a specific number of certificates are issued.
Alerts for certificates nearing expiration.
Alerts for issuance anomalies (for example, unusually high certificate issuance rate per day).
Customizable notification settings:
Control how frequently notifications are sent.
Define expiration windows for certificate alerts.
Policy-level targeting:
Apply alerts to a specific certificate management policy or across all policies.
