The Email notification language setting only changes the language used in the CertCentral emails. It does not change the language used in an individual account. To set the language for your account, visit the Profile Settings page. Then use the Language dropdown to select the language for your account. See CertCentral language preferences.
In your CertCentral account, in the left main menu, go to Settings > Notifications.
On the Notifications page, on the Notification settings tab, under Email notification language, select the language for the emails in the Language for email notifications dropdown.
Currently, we support these 11 languages:
When done, click Save settings.
Going forward, CertCentral will use the updated languages settings to determine what language to use for the emails.
