Resend the "DigiCert User Account Created – Action Required" email

Use these instructions to resend the "DigiCert User Account Created – Action Required" email to a newly added account user.

Before resending the email, make sure they've checked their junk mail/spam folder in their inbox.

As soon as you resend this email, the link in the previously sent email expires and won't work. If someone uses the expired link, they receive the following "expired link" message:

"The emailed link is invalid or has expired. Try resetting your password or try logging in to resolve the issue."

  1. In your CertCentral account, go to the Users page.

    In the sidebar menu, click Account > Users.

  1. On the Users page, locate the user you need to resend the email to.

  1. In the users Name column, click the "User Name" link.

  1. On the "User Name" page, click Resend Create User Email.

  1. Congratulations. You resent the "DigiCert User Account Created - Action Required" email to the new user.
