In your CertCentral account, in the sidebar menu, click Settings > Custom Order Fields.
On the Custom Order Form Fields page, in the Order Form Usage drop-down list, select Inactive and then click Go.
Locate the custom field you want to reactivate and then click Activate.
In the Activate window, click Activate.
Note: Activating the field does not affect past certificate orders.
