Secure Site certificates include priority support that is available in your CertCentral account. Priority support comes with two priority support queues so our Support team can respond to your needs first: Order and validation status and Installation and configuration.
Priority support is tied to your Secure Site certificate order (pending and issued). Access priority support from the certificate's Order # details page.
In your CertCentral account, go to the Orders page.
In the sidebar menu, click Certificates > Orders.
On the Orders page, in the Order # column of the Secure Site certificate, click its order number.
On the Order # details page, click Priority Support.
On the Priority Support page, use the priority support phone, email, or chat contact methods to get the help you need.
