An administrator must approve your request before the certificate can be revoked.
In your CertCentral account, in the sidebar menu, click Certificates > Orders.
In the Order # column, click the Quick View link for that certificate.
In the Order details panel (on the right), click Revoke Certificate.
On the Request to Revoke Certificate for Order # page, in the Reason for Revocation box, provide information for why you want this certificate revoked.
Click Request Revocation to place this request.
