These instructions only apply to Code Signing (CS) certificate orders where you must generate the certificate in a supported browser IE 11, Safari, Firefox 68, and portable Firefox. Also, the order's status must be Emailed to Recipient.
As soon as you resend the email, the link included in a previous email expires and can't be used to create the CS certificate.
In your CertCentral account, in the left main menu, go to Certificate > Orders.
On the Orders page, in the Order # column, click the order number for the Code Signing certificate with the status Emailed to Recipient.
On the Order # details page, in the Certificate Details section, click Resend certificate generation email.
The recipient must now use the link in the newly sent email to generate their code signing certificate.
