User these instructions to download a copy of your certificate.
In your CertCentral account, go to the Orders page.
In the sidebar menu, click Certificates > Orders.
On the Orders page, use the filters and advanced search features to locate the certificate you want to download.
In the Order # column of the certificate to want to download, click the Quick View link.
In the Order # details pane (on the right), in the Download Certificate As dropdown, select the certificate format you want to use.
In the Download Certificate As dropdown, click More Options to see more Server Platform options, File Type options, or to download only the Certificate, the Intermediate Certificate, or the Root Certificate.
Download a combined certificate file
In the Download Certificate window, under Combined Certificate Files, use any of these options to download the combined SSL certificate file.
In the Download Certificate window, under Individual Certificate Files, use one of these any of these options to download an individual certificate file.
