Use these instructions to submit a request for revoking an SSL/TLS certificate.
Before DigiCert can revoke the certificate, an account administrator must first approve the revocation request.
In your CertCentral account, go to the Orders page.
In the sidebar menu, click Certificates > Orders.
On the Orders page, use the dropdowns, search box, advanced search features (Show Advanced Search link) and column headers to filter the list of certificates.
In the Order # column, click the Quick View link for the SSL/TLS certificate you want to revoke.
In the Order number details pane (on the right), click the Revoke Certificate link.
On the Request to Revoke Certificate for Order page, in the Reason for Revocation box, type the reason why you want to revoke the certificate (e.g., certificate no longer needed).
Click Request Revocation.
After an account administrator approves your request, DigiCert will revoke the SSL/TLS certificate.
