Restore access to SAML Certificate Requests accounts

Did you turn off SAML Certificate Requests for your account? Do you need to restore SAML user access to their SAML Certificate Requests account?

Don't worry. You can reconfigure SAML Certificate Requests for your account and restore SAML user access to their SAML Certificate Requests account.

To restore access, make sure you've met these prerequisites:

  • Have your IdP metadata (dynamic or static)
  • Configured the field mappings in the SAML assertion

Items to note

If the SAML user's data is omitted from the IdP metadata, the user won't be able to access their SAML Certificate Requests account.
