Chrome and Microsoft Edge don’t support client certificate generation.
If you want to use your certificate with these browsers, we recommend generating it in Internet Explorer (Chrome and Edge) or Safari (Chrome) first.
Go to the "Generate your DigiCert Certificate" page.
To open the page in your default browser, click the link in the email.
To open the link in the browser of choice, copy and paste the link in the browser's URL field.
Generate your certificate.
You can start using your client certificate for authentication.
Are you using the certificate for email signing or encryption? You can export a copy of the certificate from the OS or browser's certificate store, or you can download a copy of the certificate from your SAML Client Certificates page (see Download a copy of your client certificate).
