Unlock a credential
If a credential appears as "Locked" in DigiCert Trust Assistant under Content Trust Desktop Signer, you can unlock it.
Next to the credential name, select the hamburger menu (⋮), then select Unlock credential.
You are redirected to DigiCert ONE, where you must authenticate again.
After you log in successfully, all credentials associated with your account become Active.
