Reasons for deleting validations
When you delete a validation, you’re required to select a reason from the following list:

Key compromise | A computer is stolen or a smart card is lost. |
Affiliation changed | An employee is terminated or suspended. |
Superseded | If a smart card fails or the legal name of a user has changed. |
Cessation of operation | An issued certificate is replaced. |
