Enable a CA
Enable a disabled CA to resume issuance and its CRL and OCSP services.
Belangrijk
You cannot re-enable a CA that was disabled because it was recertified. When a CA is recertified, the original is kept only for visibility and auditing and cannot be used for new issuance.
To enable a CA:
In the left main menu, under Manage CAs, select Roots or Intermediates, and then select the disabled CA.
On the CA details page, select More actions (three dots) > Enable CA.
Verify the result
The CA status is Active, and permitted issuance and lifecycle services resume. The action is recorded in the audit log as Enable root or Enable intermediate CA.
