Pick up a certificate batch
Certificates generated for batch certificate requests are zipped and available for download through the DigiCert ONE portal.
If specified in the original request, users without DigiCert ONE accounts can also download the certificate package without creating a DigiCert ONE user account.

Users have 30 days to respond and approve the certificate package before the package expires and is removed from DigiCert ONE.
When a package is approved, the package is available for another 30 days before expiration. An expired package cannot be recovered.
When you get an email indicating a certificate batch is ready, sign into DigiCert ONE.
In the Manager menu (top right), select IoT Trust.
In the IoT Trust menu, go to Certificates > Batch jobs.
Select the nickname for the certificate batch you want to pick up.
Tip
To find a specific batch:
Filter by Nickname.
Filter status to Complete and/or Approved.
On the batch request details page, if the batch has not been reviewed and approved yet, select Download batch results log and review.
If the results are acceptable, select Approve.
Download the certificate package.
