The PKI Platform 8 maintenance begins at 22:00 MST (05:00 UTC). From 22:00 to 24:00 MST (05:00 to 07:00 UTC), PKI Platform 8 will experience brief and periodic service interruptions.

DigiCert has canceled the maintenance, which was to affect Trust Lifecycle Manager and DigiCert ONE sign in. Due to technical issues, we must reschedule the work to another maintenance window.

We previously communicated that Trust Lifecycle Manager would be down for 10 minutes. We also said that you would be unable to sign in to DigiCert ONE for five minutes during scheduled maintenance on April 12.

Although we have redundancies to protect your services, some DigiCert services may be unavailable during this time.

Trust Lifecycle Manager will be down and DigiCert ONE will experience service interruptions during Global maintenance.

    The Trust Lifecycle Manager maintenance begins at 22:00 MDT (04:00 UTC). At this time, Trust Lifecycle Manager will be down for 10 minutes.

    API note

    • APIs may return "503 services unavailable" errors.

    • Requests placed during this window that receive a "503 services unavailable" error message must be placed again when services are restored.

  • DigiCert ONE maintenance – unable to sign in for five minutes

    The DigiCert ONE maintenance begins at 22:05 MDT (04:05 UTC). At this time, you can’t sign in to DigiCert ONE for five minutes.

    What if I’m already logged in?

    You won’t be affected if logged in to DigiCert ONE before maintenance begins. You can continue to work as long as you don’t sign out.

    If you sign out, you can’t sign in again until the maintenance is finished.
