Enhancements

SCEP Renewal - Support for renewal of certificates via a SCEP, where renewal requests must be signed with an existing certificate, proving possession of the private key, before issuing a new certificate with a new validity period and serial number.

Profile Source Fields - Sources for certificate fields within profiles have been consolidated into the drop-down list, allowing for the below source values:

  • Entered by user

  • Entered by admin

  • Fixed value

  • From SCEP request

  • From REST request

Download Certificate - Certificates can now be downloaded as X509-PEM formatted files, individually or in bulk, from the Certificates page. Format of the downloaded files are:

  • For individual certificate download: cert-<serial-number>-pem.cer

  • For bulk certificate download: certificates-<current-date>.zip (containing files in the above 'individual' format)

Language Switcher - End-users are able to select a local language from a list of 11 languages, when visiting any of the public-facing web pages. The selected language will be automatically chosen based on your browser locale. You can also switch into a different language using the provided drop-down list, which will be remembered as part of a browser cookies so that subsequent visits to public-facing pages are rendered on the chosen language. Currently supported languages:

  • Chinese (simplified)

  • Chinese (traditional)

  • English

  • French

  • German

  • Italian

  • Japanese

  • Korean

  • Portuguese

  • Russian

  • Spanish

Fixes

  • Key sizes set within a profile configured for SCEP enrollment method are now checked/respected when processing a SCEP enrollment request.

  • Removed the "Administrative contact" page from the profile wizard for profiles configured with the SCEP enrollment method, since SCEP clients do not receive any emails.

  • Removed "Error message" and "Detailed error message" fields for Success audit log entries.
