Certificate lifecycle automation workflow
Follow these high-level steps to use DigiCert® Trust Lifecycle Manager's managed automation solution to manage certificate lifecycle events on your servers, network appliances, and cloud services:
Verify all prerequisites are met and your systems are supported.
See Prerequisites and Supported systems.
To get certificates from external issuing CAs, make sure you have CA connectors in place.
Deploy the automation clients for the desired automation targets.
To automate certificates on web servers or custom server applications: Deploy and manage agents.
To automate certificates on network appliances and cloud services: Deploy and manage sensors.
Configure the automation clients and services.
For web servers: Configure agents.
For custom server applications: Configurar um aplicativo personalizado para automação gerenciada.
For network appliances and cloud services: Connect to a network appliance or cloud service.
Optionally, add one or more DNS integrations to automate domain control validation (DCV) processes.
Create profiles for automated certificate issuance.
Schedule certificate lifecycle automation events.
