設定您的 OTP 應用程式或裝置

初始化您的 OTP 應用程式或裝置進行雙重身份驗證。

在您的 CertCentral 系統管理員實行您的帳戶的雙重身分驗證或重設您的 OTP 應用程式或裝置後,下次您登入時,您必須產生您的用戶端憑證。

Install an OTP app compatible with the TOTP protocol on your mobile phone.

CertCentral 雙重身份驗證程序實行基於時間的一次性密碼 (TOTP) 通訊協定。您必須在您的手機上安裝支援 TOTP 通訊協定的身份驗證應用程式。

大多數的 OTP 應用程式與 TOTP 通訊協定相容,可以配合我們的程序使用。我們測試了 OTP 應用程式:

  • Google Authenticator:Android, iPhone, Blackberry

  • Authy:Android, iPhone

  • Authenticator:Windows Phone

  • Duo Mobile: iPhone

初始化您的 OTP 應用程式或裝置

  1. 在您的手機上安裝與 TOTP 通訊協定相容的 OTP 應用程式。

    If this is your first time signing in to your new account, you must enter and confirm a new password and set up and answer a security question.

  2. 請前往登入您的帳戶頁面,然後登入 CertCentral。

    1. Under Install an authentication application, in the application dropdown, select a DigiCert-tested OTP app.

      If needed, select the Download and install link and install the application.

    2. Open your OTP app.

    3. Under Scan QR code or enter setup key, use your app to scan the QR code or enter the key in your app.

    4. Under Enter verification code, enter the one-time passcode from the application.

    5. When ready, select Verify device.

遺失我的 OTP 應用程式或裝置

  • My verification code doesn't work.

    Passcode typo: Verify you've entered the passcode correctly.

  • Check your authentication app's documentation.

    Please refer to your authentication app's FAQs or troubleshooting documentation for the most up-to-date issue resolutions.

  • I lost my OTP app.

    When signing in to your account, you can reset your OTP app.

    Go to the CertCentral Sign in to your account page, enter your username and password, and select Sign in. On the One-time password (OTP) device initialization page, under Reset your OTP device, select Reset Device.

  • I am locked out of my account because of too many failed passcode entries.

    If you incorrectly enter the passcode too many times, you will get locked out of your account. When this happens, contact your CertCentral account administrator to reset your OTP app.
