Request a secure email (S/MIME) certificate from a CertCentral subscription

Request a new certificate for a secure email (S/MIME) subscription in your DigiCert CertCentral account.

  1. Sign in to your CertCentral account and go to My digital trust products > My subscription.

  2. Find the secure email subscription that you want to request a certificate for.

  3. For that subscription, select Actions > Request a certificate.

  4. Select the Certificate validity (how long the certificate is valid for when issued).

  5. Add your CSR.

  6. Enter the Certificate email addresses to be secured with the certificate.

  7. Select Submit request to place the certificate order.
